Must I register as a user to be able to place an order online?
A:
No, registration is not required. However, registered users have the advantage of using an order form prefilled with all their information when logged in to the website.
Q:
I suddenly cannot log in to the website - what do I do?
A:
The most common problem has been that the password has expired. Unfortunately, no reminder is sent to users that their password is about to expire, or that it has expired. The user simply cannot log in. Our web developers are working to correct this problem. In the meantime, please send an e-mail with your full name to laura.richardson@ctt.com; or call the Mt. Vernon office at 800-874-7505 Ext. 11 for assistance. A generic password will be created to enable the user to gain access to the site again, and the user will be prompted to reset the password to their own, private password upon logging in.
